Upon the completion of an assignment, employees and their families can become preoccupied with moving on to another assignment or going back to their home country. This often leaves the time consuming process of termination of leases, contracts, services and collection of deposits. Our efforts will help ensure a timely process as well as maximum refund of the deposit moneys, for the benefit of the client company.

• Lease Termination: instruction how to lawfully terminate the lease agreement
• Inspection and Inventory Check: review the original move-in inventory and lease agreement with the Assignee.
