• After an initial consultation and overview based on a needs analysis, appointments are made to view available properties. We individually undertake a thorough property screening in order to short list only the most suitable (budget & preference) properties.
• Viewing available Apartments and / or Houses based on the Assignee needs.  Working with a select group of licensed and registered real estate agents to secure the best available properties, we then accompany the expatriate, and agent, to view each property to offer an unbiased opinion.
• Monitoring all the finer points between landlord, realtor, and property manager (we will act as property manager in selected locations)

• Negotiation of lease price and terms that are in line with common local practices
