- Unlike many other countries, the procedure of Work Permit in Vietnam requires a tremendous amount of documents and the assurance of all these documents are verified, certified and notarised in accordance to the Vietnamese Department of Labour format & words. Any slight difference in wording or in stamping will require the re-do on the procedure which may cause great amount of waiting time, sometime, it can be up to 2-3 months for the application process.
